Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our Service Team at info@mydivinetextures.com within one hour of placing your order.
Please note that we are not able to process cancellation once the order has been shipped.
Order Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, original condition, with the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming), and in all its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept used/worn wigs for return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Providing additional details, such as the reasons for returning and any relevant pictures, will help us expedite the process.
2. One of our representatives will provide the return address after your return request is approved.
3. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days after returned item(s) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Please contact our team first to obtain the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*Refunds/exchange payment adjustments will be issued through the original payment channel. If the card used for the purchase has expired or is no longer valid, please contact the card issuer for assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
